SUPER TRANS is a coated two-side high release paper designed for maximum release of hot split or straight plastisol inks. This new development is gaining popularity for applications such as 4 color process screening, combination hot split plastisol and plastisol puff, puff overlay, metallic, glitter, high opaque and straight plastisol. -
Ultra-Strip 5000 is dimensionally stable; designed for use with plastisol inks for full release hot peel application; it will also work as a warm peel. Also suitable for low temp hot peel application which is an advantage for transfer to synthetic textiles. -
AW Multi-Strip Plus is designed for high release Cold Peel Applications with plastisol and water based ink systems. It is also compatible with powder adhesives. Jet-X® is a 57 gsm paper, which is developed for the regular water based sublimation inks as well as the sublimation inks with higher glycol content. Due to its base paper structure and unique coating Jet-X will give you optimal colors and a perfect flexibility on printer. -
Jetcol® Thermal Adhesive (TA) is a specially coated paper grade which makes the paper stick firmly to the textile during the sublimation process – without leaving a sticky residue on the textile. When the textile and paper adhere throughout the process, the end result is extremely sharp imaging without any bleeding of colours. Jetcol® TA can be used on the traditional plotters but also on today’s fast printers. This application is a 1-Paper-System for printing onto light colored textiles. The white toner coverage under the colors enables an extraordinary bright and outstanding result on light colored garments. This product even works on dark colored garments, with less bright colors than on light colored garments. The application is very easy to understand and gives constant results you can count on. -
Silicone sheets are used for protecting images during heat pressing, avoiding sublimation ink bleeding onto your heat press or bleeding between fabric layers. A silicone sheet can be used multiple times (between 5-10 times) until it’s no longer usable from either discoloration or ink coverage.
